I always get a little scared when I see a Miley Cyrus movie. Not that she is a bad actress or anything like this, is because I was used to see her in “Hannah Montana” and to disconect her from Hannah is kinda weird.
The Last Song is from the same author of “A Walk to Remember” and “The Notebook”– wich means thats is gonna be cheesy and probably someone you learn to care and like, will freakin’ die. And you are (certainly) going to cry if that happens.
Yeah, but what the movie is about?
The story focuses on an family of divorced parents. Ronnie Miller (Cyrus) is antisocial and problematic. Her mother decides it’s best for the children (Ronnie and her brother) spend some time with his father (Summer Vacation) to try to regain the connection broken in the past. Ronnie’s father, Steve Miller (Greg Kinnear), is a pianist and teacher who spends his time immersed in musical creations for the local church… The story is basically between father and daughter trying to reconnect ties.
